JEL Konti II
The versatility of the JEL Konti II is hard to beat in terms of the product and grain spectrum that can be screened and the screening tasks that can be carried out.
The vibration screening machine is available as a single and double deck version, with screening surfaces of up to 2 m² per deck.
Screen inserts can be replaced in a matter of minutes. And all this without disconnecting the screening machine from the production line. The sieve inserts can be pulled out from the front of the screening machine like a drawer. There is no need for time-consuming disassembly work. This saves an enormous amount of time during cleaning and maintenance.

Method of operation of the JEL Konti II
The vibration sieve operates continuously and with no dust.
wo vibration motors cause the sieve housing and with it the sieve inserts to vibrate. It is spring-mounted and decoupled from the frame so that the vibrations cannot be transmitted.
The screening machine is fed via an inlet. The product falls through onto the screen inserter and is moved over the screen surface.
To adapt the screening machine to the flow properties of the product, the screen inclination and vibration amplitude can be adjusted individually.
The good product is discharged for further processing via a separate outlet. False grains are removed from the process.
