From single to double decker in just a few steps
The JEL Vibspeed vibration screening machine is used in all areas of the process industry because of its wide range of applications and its user-friendliness. It is particularly convincing for coarse and fine separation as well as classification screening of powdery or granular bulk materials.
Your big plus: The foldable cover and a simple switch from single to double deck for more screening surface. This provides more flexibility and saves your employees considerable assembly and cleaning effort, as the inside of the machine is easily accessible and thus only minimal downtime is required for daily work.

Method of operation JEL VibSpeed
With frequent product changes and short cleaning intervals, it is important that the sieve inserts are easily accessible. With the JEL Vib Speed, you simply open the cover and take out the sieve insert cassettes in a few easy steps.
The retrofitting of a second screen deck is just as easy as changing the screen inserter, so that you can also use the machine for classifying screenings, for example.
The dwell time of the sieve product on the sieve mesh is adapted to the respective product by the adjustable sieve inclination. The direction of vibration and thus the excitation of the sieve mesh is controlled by the positioning of the two vibration motors.
