Vibration Sieve Machine JEL VibRS
Large sieving surfaces – minimal footprint
The screening machines of the JEL VibRS model series screen up to 6 fractions and can be used for almost all bulk materials and screening tasks.
The individual sieve inserts of the round sieve are stackable. This means that even large screening surfaces and high throughputs can be achieved in a space-saving manner with a minimum footprint.
Throughput and the number of fractions to be separated can be easily adjusted by adding or removing screen inserts – in just a few steps and with the same footprint.

Method of operation JEL VibRS
The sieve movement is generated by a vibration motor and ensures a consistently high sieving efficiency. The adjustable imbalance ensures more precise adjustment of the vibration amplitude – to suit the particular screening task.
The vibration properties can be adjusted without the use of tools. Thanks to the clamping ring mechanism, the sieve inserts can be easily dismantled, thus reducing changeover times to a minimum.
The screening machine is fed with product through the inlet, which then falls through the individual screen decks from top to bottom. Due to the flexible discharge position of the individual screen decks, the connection to your process happens without any trouble.
