Linear vibrating sifter JEL Freischwinger Granulat
Special sieve for separation of oversizes in granulates
The granulate sifters of the JEL Freischwinger model range have been designed for optimum overlength separation of all common plastic granulates.
Sieve inserts arranged in cascades one above the other enable multiple screening of the pellets and thus a grain-free separation of overlengths or multiple pellets.
The granulate screening machine is equipped with up to five screen decks and achieves 100% separation efficiency with this special screening process.

Method of operation JEL Freischwinger Granulat
The sieve inserts can be changed in just a few steps and the machine can be switched to other granulate colours.
A baffle plate after the inlet and an adjustable distribution bar ensure optimum distribution of the granulate on the first screening surface.
Cleaning systems ensure that the sieve inserts do not get blocked by particles and remain permeable.
Thanks to the easy access to the sieve inserts and their simple disassembly, the product chamber of the machine can be cleaned without leaving any residues.
