JEL Barrel emptying cabinet
If barrels need to be emptied efficiently in the production process, Engelsmann barrel emptying cabinets are the right choice.
The barrel emptying cabinet consists of a cabinet with a pneumatically activated door. A rotating tipping device with a barrel bracket is constructed inside for automatic emptying of the barrel.
The barrel is held by the barrel bracket in the cabinet and emptied in a tipping movement. A construction side dust extraction unit can be connected to the cabinet roof for particularly dusty products. There is a funnel or a collection container on the underside of the housing.
Roller tracks, via which the barrel can be fully automatically fed to the cabinet, provide greater operational safety. Other accessories like fill level indicators or discharge aids (beaters) are optionally available.
Depending on the product and the task, emptying cabinets could also be combined with e.g. sieving or dosing technology.

Method of operation of the JEL Barrel emptying cabinet
The barrels to be emptied are placed in front of the roller track using a pallet. Using construction-side lifting gear, the barrel to be emptied is lifted onto the roller track. The operator removes the lid from the barrel and pushes it into the barrel emptying cabinet via the roller track.
Alternatively, driven roller tracks are available for automated transfer of the barrel into the cabinet. The barrel is centered and fixed in the cabinet. The cabinet door closes and the barrel is automatically emptied.
When the emptying process is complete, an indicator light comes on. The barrel is released, the cabinet door opens and the operator can remove the barrel via the roller track.
