Cyclone separator JEL Palafix
The JEL Palafix cyclone separator is used to break up product agglomerates. In addition to deagglomerating a wide variety of bulk materials, this screening machine can also be used to remove dust or oversize particles.
The special feature is that the machine either screens with centrifugal force or strains, depending on the tools installed.
As with all screening machines from Engelsmann, value was placed on a robust design and easy operation, cleaning and maintenance for the JEL Palafix.

Method of operation of the JEL Palafix
The product to be sieved is transported into a sieve cylinder in the machine via a conveyor screw and is distributed evenly over the sieve by adjustable vane bars.
The rotation of the vane body in the cyclone separator generates a centrifugal effect which strains the product through the mesh.
Oversized particles or impurities are discharged from the screening machine via the coarse material outlet continuously.
