Sack chute cabinet JEL SE-T
Emptying sacks efficiently and safe. Engelsmann sack chutes can be integrated seamlessly into your process.
The sack chute cabinet consists of a housing with door and set-down table and a collection funnel with safety grille and outlet fittings. Various downstream conveyor systems can thus be docked.
Depending on the technical process and the product environment, further components can be added to the station: safety sieve, dosing unit, conveying aids and similar items.
The sack chute cabinet can be equipped with a dust removal filter and fan for particularly dusty products.
The JEL SE-T is available as a mobile version with a frame or can be installed for emptying above mixers or reactors.

Method of operation of the JEL SE-T
The door of the bag chute is opened manually. The full sack is placed on the support table, cut open and emptied into the collection container.
In case of increased dust generation, filters with fans are attached to the bag chute. Alternatively, the sack chute cabinet can be connected directly to existing dust extraction systems on site via desusting systems.
A protective grille prevents the emptied sack or sack residues from falling into the collection container. The cabin can additionally be equipped with a side empty bag ejector for easy removal of the empty bag.
