Container Emptying Station JEL CES
Do you need an individual station for low-dust container emptying? Do you wish to remove loose goods dose-wise from containers? Or are you planning a whole emptying line with intelligently connected process environment?

The JEL CS container emptying station can be supplied in various construction sizes and tailored to your needs. It consists of a frame with a holder for the container and control unit.
Supplementary transport systems can also be supplied for feed and removal of the container. Useful additions are, e.g., protective sieves or vibration frames to remove bulk solids with poor flow characteristics.
Discharging or dosing from the containers is carried out gravimetrically or volumetrically. Dosing screws and troughs or rotary valves as well as weighing technology can be integrated on request.
The JEL CES is mobile or stationary and suitable for all common container types.

Method of operation of the JEL CES
The container is placed in the emptying station by fork-lift truck, crane or similar, placed in the holder, positioned above the guiding shoes and then secured. The container emptying station is controlled manually or automatically.
Emptying starts when the container’s closing element is opened. Components such as discharge aids, dosing elements, trickle protection, automatic flap openers or protective screening complete the process.
When the container is subsequently changed, no time-consuming cleaning work is required at the station.
