Using the JEL SmartCon ES connection system, Big Bags with inliners can be emptied under containment conditions up to OEB 4.
Thereby, only the slightest, hardly measurable quantities of product particles escape into the system environment. Operating personnel thus remain safe from substances that are hazardous to health. And dust pollution by fine powder products in your facility is prevented too.
You can empty Big Bags in just 10 easy operation steps with the JEL SmartCon ES. The system impresses with its all-through Hygienic Design and a range of safety features – like the integrated pressure test of the Big Bag inliners before starting the emptying process.

Method of operation of the JEL SmartCon ES
When a new Big Bag is attached, the outlet is placed over the emptying unit and the pressure plate is lowered. Pneumatic seals fix the Big Bag outlet firmly on the docking system.
The separated liner of the previously filled Big Bag is pulled out of the access fitting.
The piece of foil with the liner contained in it is then tied off, separated and disposed of.
After the cover of the access fitting has been closed, contamination-free emptying can start.
At the end of the emptying procedure, the Big Bag outlet is removed from the docking system and separated. The process is then repeated.
