Vibration screening machine JEL Fix II
More space-saving sieving is not possible
No matter whether in the laboratory, in production or in a pilot plant – the JEL Fix model series, with its low overall height and small footprint, plays to its strengths especially in confined spaces.
The round screening machine is available in different versions for continuous or discontinuous screening and can be docked, maintained and cleaned in just a few steps. Its dead space-free housing and high-quality surfaces also allow it to be used in areas where our customers attach importance to the highest hygiene standards.
Depending on requirements, the JEL Fix can be equipped with a stationary or mobile base frame or can be integrated directly into a system without a frame at all. Different sizes and designs allow the use of this screen even with high product quantities.

Method of operation of the JEL Fix II
The screen excitation in the JEL Fix II cylinder mould machine is generated by a vibration motor with adjustable imbalance discs. Thanks to this adjustment option, the screening capacity can be optimally adapted to the respective material to be screened.
Open operation without cover is possible with additional rim attachment.
Due to its compactness, the JEL Fix is mainly used for protective screening and the separation of oversized grains.
Sieve inserts can be changed without tools and with only a few steps. The JEL Fix II is very low-maintenance due to the low number of components.
