Method of operation of the JEL EasyVib
The JEL EasyVib vibration screening machine operates continuously, dust-free and quietly.
The inclination of the screen deck is adjustable and can be adapted to a wide variety of screening tasks. In addition, there are two vibrators for aligning the vibration amplitude.
A combination of flat vibration amplitude and a specific layer height of product on the screen mesh allows the JEL EasyVib to achieve settings where the screenings glide smoothly over the mesh while fines are separated – enabling it to screen even fragile products.
To change the sieve insert, simply loosen the retaining device, remove the cover of the sieve machine and take out the tension fold sieve upwards. This minimises changeover times and also makes the JEL EasyVib interesting for use in productions with batch operation.
